Room I visited was nothing spectacular, few broken cupboards(minor damage still usable) layout of the paintings made zero sense. Half of the 1 painting is covered by a lamp shade? Pull it together. Entire hotel smells of a pool(which is 100% fine), however, entering the room on the(WEST SIDE) it smell# horribly like standing water, and or mold possibly. Hole in the floor that is covered by carpet, which was odd. Bed was decently comfortable, good pillows. Room was clean, hotel looked clean, service was great. However that smell of water standing is very concerning, as other hotels with pools do not have this issue(inside the room) next issue is the big Holiday Inn sign litterly glows green inside the window, its so bright it gets through the curtains making it challenging to fall asleep, it is actually a terrible design. However, overall the location is great, the restaurant is okay, downstairs common area is nice, and it has a pool with a slide. Overall it is a 3.8 stat hotel, unfortunately that holiday Inn sign and that smell inside the room is what brings the room to a 2 star.

Nolan

The room was dirty and we saw tiny bugs by the coffee maker! The carpet felt dirty and the privacy curtains would not close and we had to tie them together with a hair tie. Otherwise, the service is good and the location is great. I just wish that it felt more cleanly and safe to be in.

We stayed in a two king suite the last week of November for 3 nights. To be honest this is the worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed. The room was spacious but was in desperate need of maintenance and serious repairs. Stains on the carpet, a clip to keep the blinds closed as they were broken, mold and staining on the carpet by the fridge from previous leaks, broken tiles in the tub, loose taps and overall poor lighting. The only housekeeping we received was some new towels, nothing else was cleaned. The pool, hot tub (which was working sporadically) and slide, again showing its age with little upkeep.
We just happened to be in town during agribition, if we could have found a different hotel we would have moved.
