The bed was amazing so much that we have requested the type so we can possibly purchase. Avani at the front was very helpful and helped us get in touch with the person who can get us that info and then followed up with a phone call to make sure I received her info. Thanks so much

Special thanks to May, who took care of my check-in and check-out — she was super helpful and made everything easy. Just a note that breakfast isn’t included and there’s no airport shuttle, so plan accordingly. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I’d definitely come back!
- GCGary CaloyloyOct 30, 20252.0During my recent stay at the hotel located at 1800 Prince of Wales Dr, Room 315, I experienced a ceiling leak on the second day. I promptly notified the front desk, and maintenance responded quickly, identifying and addressing the issue by shutting off the water supply, possibly from the fourth floor. It appears Room 315 has had previous water damage repairs that require further attention. Additionally, there may be mould present in the ceiling, which should be properly remediated. They offered to move me to another room, but at this point I was leaving very early the next day, So, I just used their garbage cans and towels to capture the water. I will probably not select this IHG hotel when coming back to Regina.
