  Just returned from a wonderful night stay at Holiday Inn. Thank you to Mrs. Castillo for the complimentary stay. And Miss May was incredibly friendly and professional from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. Highly recommended!"

  I called the hotel before booking and explained that I found the room on Booking.com. I asked whether I should book over the phone or through Booking.com, and I was told to go ahead and book through Booking.com. When we arrived for my spouse’s RCMP graduation, we asked if we could receive a discount under his name. We were then told we should have booked directly with the hotel. Had I been advised to do so when I called, I absolutely would have. We paid in full and were unable to make any changes, which was disappointing.

  Checked in late(after midnight), when checking out my reservation was denied a no show. Had to check in as I was checking out and in a hurry to get to meetings. My ihg account now will not recognize that first night of my two night stay, and both ihg account support and the hotel will not assist in getting the night added to my account.

  We had a fantastic experience during our stay at the Holiday Inn East Regina Sk. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, particularly May, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable. The pool area was a highlight, with a friendly lifeguard enhancing our enjoyment. Additionally, we loved the complimentary drinks that were available in unlimited quantities, making our stay even more delightful. Our room was immaculate and had a pleasant scent that added to our comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring we had restful nights. Overall, the combination of friendly service, clean accommodations, and enjoyable amenities made for a memorable stay. Thank you so much May and Holiday inn.

  One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, and shocking that it's under the IHG brand. We were told breakfast was included, but upon arrival were informed it wasn't, just a $10 option at the attached restaurant. Completely misleading and unacceptable. The room design was terrible; thin blinds that let in light from every direction, making it nearly impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, we had a serious water leak. When we reported it, the front desk staff Ma May was rude and dismissive. Maintenance arrived after some time but only shut off the water, exposing obvious previous damage that clearly hadn't been repaired properly. After a lot of hassle, they offered to move us, but by then it was too late to make a difference. Between the false information, unprofessional staff, and unsafe room conditions, this property is a complete disgrace to the IHG brand. Bottom line: Stay far away from this hotel.
