    Had stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it was awesome, clean, well kept and the staff was fantastic. Travelling to Regina this past fall for work I immediately thought it would be a great spot to stay. I was so incredibly disappointed. Several relatively small things will lead me to choose a different hotel for all future travel to the area. This did not feel like a Best Western Plus at all! There were several small things that showed up during my stay that made the room feel as though it was not fully clean or maintained. I understand that upholstery or carpets get stained but random spots that can be cleaned, should be. The pull cord on the window covering was grimy and the stove had several food spots that had not been wiped out. I was disappointed to find that the glassware was all covered in greasy handprints, many of the cooking utensils were damaged, including a knife that was actually dangerous as the handle was not properly attached. This was reported to the front desk but the attendant at the front seemed to care very little. I paid extra for a kitchenette and didn't use it at all because it all felt unclean. In addition, I noticed a couple of small silverfish bugs around the AC on the first morning. I know they are harmless but when I started to see larger numbers of them (I woke up to 15 on the floors and walls one morning) it was more concerning. I spoke to the front desk and they did offer to move my room but I was leaving the next morning and did not want to go through the hassle and did not feel I would be getting a room much cleaner than I had. I am always very impressed by Best Western (especially Plus) breakfasts and had the one at this hotel previously. I tried it my first morning and was incredibly disappointed. Hot items were barely warm or cold, poor selection and the eggs tasted strange. I opted to purchase breakfast out for the rest of my stay. It felt like they were trying to cut corners at every turn and offer bare minimum. On top of all this, my flight was not due to leave until 5PM and I had some meetings to attend before an online meeting late in the day. so I requested a late checkout. The gentleman at the desk was incredibly rude when I asked about a late checkout and said it would cost extra for this, I asked about the fee and he said I'd have to talk to them in the morning but they probably wouldn't be able to accommodate anyway. The entire interaction was quite rude and condescending. I understand it can't always be accommodated or even that there might be a fee but communication can still be polite and policies should be known by staff. I brought up all of my concerns at checkout and I was offered a small amount of points but honestly it felt very dismissive and a pretty disappointing reaction to a stack of problems encountered during my stay. I didn't raise a stink or make demands after all of these things occurred but expected at very least some accountability and willingness to listen. Truly, I feel that ownership/ management of the hotel must have changed because I was blown away by the vast change in the experience. Would not recommend staying here when there are other options available!

    Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Equally important the rooms were quiet. One morning when I left my room the person one room down from me was being pretty loud, but I couldn't hear him at all from inside my room. The ladies working the front desk were helpful and friendly. Not a lot of options for the breakfast but the food was good.

    After trying a few hotels in the area, we chose this one. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with complimentary breakfast and parking. The indoor pool, waterslide, and hot tub were a nice bonus. However, cleanliness was a concern, as I noticed dirt between the beds and along the walls. The beds were quite firm, the pillows uncomfortable, and the shower only produced lukewarm water, even after reporting it. The room felt dated, with curtains and blinds that didn’t function properly, thin toilet paper, and a noisy toilet flush. On the positive side, the staff were welcoming, and the pool was enjoyable. Breakfast ended early at 9:30 a.m., but the 24-hour coffee machine was a convenient alternative. Overall, for a Best Western Plus, it felt a bit overpriced.

    The room i stayed in was a bit messy, i found pieces of long hair on the pillows. The breakfast was okay some food tastes stail like they were out for a long time but overall it was good. Daman checked us in and gave us great service, even though it looked like he was working alone he took care of the calls and served me with patience and respect.

    We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The heated indoor pool was relaxing, and the waterslide brought out our inner kids; it was so much fun. The hot tub was also the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The gym was well-equipped and ideal for a quick workout. Everything was clean and well-maintained, though the pool area could get a bit busy during peak hours, making it slightly less relaxing. Still, this didn’t detract from our stay. Overall, this is a great spot for families or anyone looking for a mix of fun and relaxation. We would definitely return.
