- MJMelanie Johnson1 day ago1.0We stayed here with a hockey team, and bed bugs were found in two of our group’s rooms. The staff was dismissive and treated it as if it were no big deal. They moved the affected rooms and comped a couple of nights, but did very little else to properly address the situation. We are now left going home needing to clean and treat all of our belongings to make sure we don’t bring bed bugs into our homes, which is stressful, time-consuming, and expensive. We were also concerned that other guests did not appear to be informed. Overall, we were very unimpressed with how this was handled, and the general manager was especially rude and unhelpful. We would not stay here again.

It is about 20 minutes from the airport, so it isn't downtown if that's what you're looking for. It is however, close to everything you could need. Great suit with a kitchen and dishes. The pool and hot tub area great for families or to relax. Front guest staff were knowledgeable regarding the area and helpful. I've stayed at Best Westerns 62 nights this year and at other hotels 23 nights, this was my favourite room, with a great breakfast and perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants. We'll definitely go back.

Workers who work in the field and the guy at the reservation desk would not accept that they will not have a business credit card on them.When they arrive... Even though he's sending me an email confirmation and I'm securing the payment over the email. He said that they must still have the card on them when they arrive. If there was any place else to book this weekend, it would have been any place other than this hotel. He was so rude. It was disgusting.
