  Watch they don't give away your room if you book through Expedia without warning or a call! I booked 2 days before my check in knowing that the hotel will be busy that day bc of a hockey tournament. My son played at 630pm then we went to check in at 9pm, front desk lady told me that Expedia canceled my stay. I called Expedia to tell me that the property has a right to cancel rooms which they think is a NO SHOW! They gave away my booking to another family! The lady up front lied about it and was not helpful. Manager apparently went home for the day and wasn't to be bothered! There was another couple ahead of us..same thing happened to them! They're reservation was canceled by the property and gave it away bc they were over booked! Even thu we booked couple days ago!! 👎

  My son and I stayed here on February 27, 2026 while he was at a curling tournament. It was a busy night with many guests. The gentleman who assisted me with my check in was not overly welcoming. I do a fair amount of traveling and the usual spiel from front desk includes where the elevators are, pool and breakfast hours, etc. This gentleman did not discuss any of that with me. But hey! Anyone can have a down day, right? He just looked like he wished he could be anywhere else. At approximately 2145 hours, I noted that the pull out bed only had a bottom sheet. When I looked through the room, there was no other bedding to be found. I phoned down at approximately 2150 hours to ask for some blankets and I was told that there were none because "they were given out to other guests." I asked if that meant that my son had to sleep without blankets and was told that if I had called earlier, he could have had one. I did not realize that when staying at a $300 a night hotel in Prince Albert, SK, you had to know to call down for basic bedding by a certain time. When I addressed this with the same gentleman the next day, he said that no one had made him aware that this had happened. He apologized but made no effort towards compensation. I will say that the room was spotlessly clean and there were no shady characters lurking around. Just be aware that if it's a busy night and you don't have basic bedding, apparently you need to call down before a certain time to receive some. Lord only knows what that magical hour is. What's disappointing is that others in our company stayed at a much cheaper hotel and they at least had proper bedding. I contacted IHG, and they offered me points, but I would have to follow up with the hotel to get any sort of refund. Since I already tried to discuss it with front desk and it went nowhere, I don't have a much faith in any sort of yield for my efforts. I will not be staying at this facility again.

Hotel says Priceline has to refund then Priceline says the Hotel needs to refund. It's a shit show and before you know it the timeline is up they have your money and your out $ Going to blow this up DO NOT USE PRICELINE TO BOOK YOUR HOTEL OR TRIP
