Hotel says Priceline has to refund then Priceline says the Hotel needs to refund. It's a shit show and before you know it the timeline is up they have your money and your out $ Going to blow this up DO NOT USE PRICELINE TO BOOK YOUR HOTEL OR TRIP

  This hotel is one of the poorest run Holiday Inn hotels I’ve ever visited. The usual Holiday Inn standards are not upheld at this location. It’s a newer property and has broken door locks, damaged signage, and an elevator out of order. This visit in February 2026, some of the food at breakfast was out (eggs and hash browns) and people were standing and waiting for food. The hotel review guidelines for Holiday Inn say to contact the company for customer service issues. I have done that and was told by customer service that the management will not do anything about the fitness center air flow. I raised the ongoing issue of poor air flow and circulation in the fitness center at this hotel and with customer service. I am deeply disappointed that the management at this hotel will not work with me to address this issue. It makes the fitness center un-usable as it is hot and smelly in the fitness center, especially if another person is inside. There is no way to circulate the air- no fan, no wall temperature controls, no window. I have stayed at this hotel every 2 weeks since April 2025 and have tried to get the issues addressed. Since the management is not interested in working with me, I’ll take my $1000+ a month business elsewhere. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. They don’t care about their guest experience. I am a Holiday Inn Diamond member plus have a HICV timeshare and this location is the worst HI location by far.

  The hotel amenities over all were great. My only two complaints I had were one there was bear spray set off in the stairwell and we were there for a hockey tournament so the kids and everyone were coughing. The security lady was getting after our kids who were sitting in the hallway talking when really you should be patrolling the buildings clearly someone snuck in with bear spray. Second there were homeless people coming in and eating the breakfast. The front desk staff didn’t seem to care about this. How can you charge someone $200 a night for a room but yet anyone off the street come in? They need more security. The rooms were nice though and the pool was great.

  Had an awesome experience here the room was so clean and beds were comfy. Pool was clean and it’s not to over priced.
