  The front desk team was exceptionally kind, welcoming. The check-in process was quick, smooth, and completely hassle-free. Their warm attitude made my stay even more pleasant.

  We called the number listed on Google. Booked over the phone on our way into town. Was told 171 and change after tax. It charged us in USD. Totalling 241.25. Front desk wojld do nothing. Kept saying we booked through a third party, but we didn’t. Even our bank showed reservation at holiday inn. This place is a scam DO NOT BOOK. Also it’s dirty and beat up for a new hotel

  Initially, my first impression of the hotel and the room was okay. The problem started when I realized there was no remote control for the TV. I called the front desk, but they couldn’t do anything about it. The attendant was polite and later called back offering another room, but by that time I had already unpacked all my luggage. Later, I decided to look for the remote myself and found it behind the bed — but the TV wasn’t working anyway. That’s when I was really surprised by the level of dirt in the room: food, garbage, and other unpleasant things I prefer not to mention here (see picture). This morning at checkout, I asked the front desk lady if any report had been made about my complaint from the previous day (just to ensure they wouldn’t charge me for the missing remote). She was rude and said there was nothing on file. The manager wasn’t on site (8:15 a.m.). I asked for the manager’s email so I could send him a message since my concerns were not being taken seriously, but she refused and said, “Just call and ask for him.” Trying to stay polite, I asked again and I got another no. It is not my responsibility looking for a manager - you should take a note and contact me (if you wish that I stay here another time - but looks like they don’t care). So, as I do for both good and bad service experiences, here’s my complaint — publicly. I’ve included the pictures that were originally meant to be sent privately to the manager (if only I had an email address). Will I stay here again? Certainly not

  Check in was quick. Breakfast was the best i seen or consumed at a hotel. I cannot say enough how much we were impressed by the breakfast. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Great pool area . We will stay if we are back in P.A . 🇨🇦🇺🇸❤️✌️

  I wanted to share our experience at the Holiday Inn & Express in Prince Albert, Ryan and his staff treated us like family , the rooms were clean, the breakfast was awesome ...we will stay there again ...highly recommend this location
