- SBSusan BakerDec 15, 20251.0We had a disappointing and scary experience staying at this hotel. 2 rooms around us had guests that were partying, arguing and pounding on doors all night. RCMP had to be called. Best Western did not do anything the next day to compensate us for this terrible night. We did not feel safe staying there and I would not recommend staying at this hotel!

They were thorough upon check in, explaining everything clearly and providing a document that gave all of the important information for the hotel, breakfast, etc. At check-out they were sure to ask if our stay was pleasant and if there was anything that could be done to improve it. The cleaning staff were polite in passing in the hall and when they knocked on our door to ensure the smoke detector was functioning. The staff in the breakfast area ensured everything was stocked and kept the area very clean. The room and entire hotel was clean. The hotel may be older but I would definitely stay there again and recommend to a friend.

They sent the security to the room quiet for a bit.1hr later back at it loud talking banging walls. Just overall a bad experience. When we checked out i talked to the lady if we could work something out. Nothing!! We only got 2hrs sleep that night after driving 12 hrs there. And get up for another 8 hrs drive. Very disappointed with the service and the rooms were filthy shower head was corroded and no pressure. Bed was horrible like worn out. 😡
