  I stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and check-in was easy and smooth. Unfortunately, my experience the next morning was extremely concerning. Checkout is at noon, at 11:30 AM, while I was in the room getting ready to leave, housekeeping knocked and then immediately attempted to enter my room. I had the security lock engaged on the door, so the door caught on the latch. Before I could even finish respond, housekeeping used a key to bypass the security lock and forced the door open. I was in the middle of changing and only half dressed. As a solo female traveler, it was incredibly alarming to suddenly find both a female and a male housekeeper at the threshold of my room while I was in such a vulnerable position. When I asked what they were doing, they apologized but told me I should have hung the “Do Not Disturb” sign. Frankly, I believed the engaged security lock clearly indicated someone was still occupying the room. I went to the front desk to report what had happened. The female housekeeper and the front desk host apologized and said they would inform their manager and that I might receive a call. I made it clear that this absolutely warranted follow-up. Regardless, the damage was already done. I felt extremely unsafe and violated, and I left the property feeling shaken. No guest should have their privacy compromised this way, especially when the room is clearly still occupied. If guest privacy and safety are priorities for you when traveling, I would think carefully before staying here.

  This is a very comfortable and clean place to stay. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable.
