    We had a great mini-vacation at the Moose Jaw BWP. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, including letting us check in early while my vehicle was having repairs done. Everything was clean and well kept. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kids had a blast in the pool and the included breakfast is one of their favourite parts of staying in a hotel (hello waffles!). Loved the little library and hot beverage station. Only complaints are they didn't have Food Network included in their TV channels, I hate rain-style shower heads (BW is not the only guilty party utilizing these useless monstrosities, it's a problem common across hotel brands), and the teenager forgot to leave their moodiness at home (Not the hotels fault). None worthy of losing stars over and would definitely stay here again.

    Travelled to Moose Jaw for a medical appointment. We received amazing service by the front desk and breakfast staff. Shout out to Divi, who went above and beyond to make our stay excellent.

    I always stay at this hotel on my way East. This time I was making my way to Thompson (MB). Front reception is welcoming and clean; received two bottles of water when I checked in. Hotel is also quiet.

    We had a very enjoyable stay here. The rooms were cleany and comfy, the breakfast was good, the pool/waterslide was well maintained, the hot tub was satisfyingly hot, and the staff were friendly and accomodating. Yashvi in particular provided exceptional customer service. Will definetly stay here the next time we are in MJ.

    It is currently 11:25 PM, and there are children running up and down the hallways. I can hear full conversations clearly from my room. This noise has been ongoing since approximately 8:00 PM. I am traveling with a small child who goes to sleep at 8:00 PM. While I understand that quiet hours officially begin at 10:00 PM, there should still be reasonable enforcement regarding running, yelling, and excessive noise in common hallways, especially for a hotel environment. I called the front desk around 9:30 PM and was told someone would check on it, but the situation has not improved. This is by far the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Paying $200 for one night and being unable to sleep due to uncontrolled noise is extremely disappointing. I will say the staff when I checked in were friendly. That was the only positive about this stay. Ptsd when I hear best western plus from now on. Yikes
