- ACAshtin CookDec 26, 20251.0One of the small Caucasian maid lady's with short hair and glasses yelled at me for making a waffle. Very unprofessional, she could have spoken to me in a normal tone. All because I was making a waffle for breakfast. Don't know if it's because I'm brown but this is an embarrassing encounter to endure at a hotel. Once again she could have assisted me in a way where she didn't have to yell at me across the room infront of 20 other people. I also seen her yelling at the other maids who don't speak English.
