- ECerin coatsFeb 16, 20261.0Front desk staff was unwilling to allow me to pay for room with the form of payment I wanted to use at check-in. They had already charged the card I made the reservation with, even though the confirmation I received after making the reservation said payment was due the date of check-in. Property is unwilling to allow different form of payment and refund the card charged. They also lied to customer service with Best Western about being able to refund and change payment. Do not stay at this property if you want customer service!!!

- DHDan HegstadJan 29, 20264.0I would definitely stay here again but I do have a couple of thoughts. I love the pool because it was very warm I think it needed a good cleaning. The hot tub was out of service and I think it had been for some time. Also, the HVAC in the room seem to have a hard time deciding whether it needed to pour out heat or not. When it was on heat it got too hot and then it got too cold before the heat came back on. Breakfast was good. People were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable in the shower was great.

- DADerek AndersonDec 28, 20252.0About as run down as you can get before it becomes condemnable. Nothing works, everything is broken, or so far beyond worn out. There’s literally no value in staying here, other than I guess you can sleep. The pool was broken, but I’ve heard it never works. Took 5 tv remotes to get one that works. And then everything is dirty and dingy, you feel like you need to sanitize wipe the hallways. The microwaved eggs and sausages for breakfast were better than the pizza restaurant attached. This place had seen much better days. If you can find somewhere else to stay - do it.
