    Decent little spot for the price. Good size parking lot and pool area. They even have slides and stuff for kids. All in all I would recommend it.

    Front desk staff was unwilling to allow me to pay for room with the form of payment I wanted to use at check-in. They had already charged the card I made the reservation with, even though the confirmation I received after making the reservation said payment was due the date of check-in. Property is unwilling to allow different form of payment and refund the card charged. They also lied to customer service with Best Western about being able to refund and change payment. Do not stay at this property if you want customer service!!!

    Front desk very helpful, especially since our plane was delayed and didn't arrive to check-in until almost midnight. They allowed me to use microwave to heat up my leftovers even after checkout time. Much appreciated.

    I would definitely stay here again but I do have a couple of thoughts. I love the pool because it was very warm I think it needed a good cleaning. The hot tub was out of service and I think it had been for some time. Also, the HVAC in the room seem to have a hard time deciding whether it needed to pour out heat or not. When it was on heat it got too hot and then it got too cold before the heat came back on. Breakfast was good. People were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable in the shower was great.
