The main problem I faced during my stay was a lack of clarity and accuracy regarding accessible room features. As an amputee, I booked an accessible room through the IHG Rewards app and even called the day before to confirm that it was correctly reserved. When I checked in, I was told my room (316) was accessible, but once inside, I found it didn’t have grab bars by the toilet. When I went back to the desk, staff realized the room was actually designed for the hearing impaired, not for mobility needs. At first, they said no other rooms were available, but a few minutes later, one was. Since it was late and I was traveling with my 75-year-old aunt, I stayed in the original room. This situation showed a gap in communication and verification of accessibility options, which made my stay more difficult.

Loyalty with IHG doesn't mean ANYTHING at this particular hotel. I spend upwards of 15k a year with IHG. I made a reservation earlier in the day knowing I would get in late. They accepted the reservation and took my money. At 8pm the desk clerk called and said " people just kept coming in, now we're out of rooms. You will need to find another hotel" . Seriously? Way to take care of your customers. I ended up sleeping in my truck at a rest area.

Always friendly, food and stores with in walking distance. Saylor was professional and friendly at the same time.
Side note, I submitted an edit request with The Googles, as the hotels marker was (is?) showing in the wrong spot. It was showing in a dirt lot / field down the street.

Everything is completely right about this place. Great beds, good pillows, dark and quiet rooms. Bright and contemporary. The staff is extraordinary. From Kris and Michelle at the front desk to Jen, Master of Breakfast which she cooks, serves and keeps clean, they are all friendly and good at what they do. The cleaning staff keep this place sparkling and tidy. Without them it wouldn't be so inviting and high quality. I can't say enough good things about everyone.
The room has an excellent TV with good programs. There's a mini fridge, small microwave, iron and board.
I enjoyed the well-stocked Market by the front desk for some great snacks.
I only wish I could live here!
