  Easy access to 29 next door toGrainery Restaurant 4 minutes to Redlin Art Museum.. a must see Wonderful, kind, helpful staff. Rooms are beautiful, great recreational area / pool for all, quiet and comfortable all around. Most important was staff. Im traveling with disabled husband and a dog. zthey wrnt beyond to give me just the room I needed

  This hotel needs sprucing up. We came into town for a family funeral and needed space for our college aged kids to not have to share a bed, so we got a "suite" - which this really isn't. The first night, the whole place was so loud - children running shouting in the halls and in our neighboring room, children and adults shouting in the lobby area, teenage kids chasing each other through the lobby and outside spraying something on each other (and me, because I happened to be going outside). Absolute chaos, well past a reasonable hour. The in-room temperature control is very old and hard to regulate, the sleeper sofa is ancient and uncomfortable, and the water in the shower never really got hot, just barely warm enough. The in-room coffee maker, didn't, and we had barely enough towels for the three of us. (Emotions were running high; I could have gone to get more but by this point, it was going to be embarrassing for everyone.) The elevator broke in time for departure, so we got to make several trips to get everything out. We did not use the pool/water park area but I was surprised at how dark it appeared. We appreciate the breakfast option, and the lady keeping the breakfast items refilled and fresh was very polite, even if I wasn't in the best mood to chat. I'm sure this was a great place to stay some years back but it's time for a major update.

  Great hotel for a little 'staycation' closeish to home. For the second time in two years we stayed here for a single night with the kiddos. The pool, slide and hotetub were so much fun for our 10/8/7 year olds and breakfast with waffles, eggs and yogurt were a hit as well. Highly recommend for families!
