They don't have any sort of little store, so while they had a washer and dryer, I had to drive out, in the dark to a grocery store to buy detergent. They also had the world's most ineffective dryer. Clothes were still dry after an hour and a half. Beds were comfortable, service at the front desk was sluggish.

Had to carry all our luggage down 2 floors cause the blocked the elevator due to redoing the floor. I have medical conditions that limit me and my better half. We are both handicapped. The only reason I gave a 2 star, the breakfast was good
