- CMCraig McIntyreNov 9, 20253.0The suite I had was fine. The walk in shower didn't have any shelves for soap, shampoo, etc.. Those items had to be placed on the ledge near the floor of the shower. My suite was near the lobby on the 2nd floor. I was awakened by raucous people playing cards in the lobby. After 45 minutes I tried calling the desk, but phone didn't work. I tried a search for the general phone number of the hotel but was automatically referred to a message that said no rooms were available. Eventually, I gave up and turned on the heater/AC fan on high, and turned the bathroom fan on high. I did finally fall to sleep.

Checkout time is at 10am, which was a bit out of ordinary from the standard 11am checkout time. It is near a Hy-Vee which is convenient walking distance. Rates were excellant!
