  One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Very overpriced for a very crappy experience. Not only did they not tell us that they would be under construction during our stay, but they proceeded to work on hotel rooms directly above us late into the night and early into the morning, even on Christmas Eve and Christmas. Who drives a forklift right by peoples’ rooms at midnight on Christmas???The staff are rude and not at all accommodating, and the room was fairly gross and quite outdated. I’m horrified after seeing images of bed bugs in other reviews—we didn’t see any but who knows if we will bring them home with us. If you care about sleep and cleanliness DO NOT STAY HERE!

  The. Worst. Hotel. Ever.... DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. We stayed here over Christmas, there was construction noises from 7am-1030pm. No pool. No ammenities. The bathroom and shower were gross, everything is shabby. The front desk operator was verbally combative when we asked for the constuction directly above our room to pause so we could sleep past 7am for one day. Truly awful experience. There are MUCH better hotels 5 minutes away.

  This hotel was wonderful! Such comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located for nearby attractions without being in the middle of a big city. Excited to see what their renovations will look like!
