- CWChristina WiemerMar 22, 20262.0Rooms do not have USB ports any where. Ice machine wasn't working by our room. Pool side room was extremely loud. Kids playing at 6am outside our room and in the pool. Our keys were only programed for 1 of our 2 nights. Breakfast at the attached pub was great.
- RCRebecca CaoMar 19, 20261.0If you aren't staying here for the convention center, I don't recommend. This was not what I expected from a Holiday Inn. The room and its appliances were very old, specifically the heater, fridge, and TV. The heater and fridge were both very loud, but the most annoying out of all was the toilet. The bathroom was fine, and I don't know if it was just our room but the toilet flush went on for an uncomfortably long amount of time and sometimes a flush would stop, then go on, then stop and then continue. On top of that, our room and window faced the dimly lit pool (the pool seemed fun, though I didn't swim), so we could hear anyone in the pool clearly and there wasn't much of a view to the outside. Overall, all the sounds were just very overstimulating and irritating. Small complaints would be that the room had two doors on opposite sides, which is convenient but could be unsafe and the wifi was spotty.
