So much as they ran the elevator to over heat leaving us with one who had surgery to walk down 3 flights of stairs. When we called to get a late check out as we had complications and we’re advised that they do not allow late check outs Sunday. Even for diamond elite members. They need to remove those amenities from check in if they arent following through. Absolutely left a bad taste in our mouth and the workers DID NOTHING!!! Do not stay here if you want to enjoy your stay in Sioux falls!!
