- BDBrilliant Pottery Home DecorsMar 30, 20265.0This hotel year after year is my go to hotel when in area. 9th floor lounge is amazing to work and quick easy breakfast. The lady up there is super friendly and amazing. The parking is very hard at night especially in front. Check in staff is 50/50. Some are semi nice, and others are just like why are you bothering me and have attitude. Only bad thing about hotel. Oh happy hour upstairs is also very good.

Watched three people get addressed before finally walking over to ask if I could get something to drink as I'm on a tight timeline and was (rudely) told he was busy serving others. The others that sat down at least 10 minutes after I had. If you need a drink and a bite to eat before an event, don't bother going here. You'll run out of time before the bartender says a word to you.

Not many gluten free options on the breakfast menu. And a Keurig in the room is nice, I just wish there were more non-coffee options made available.
