- SSSandra SakryOct 18, 20252.0On 10/18 my grandson had a birthday party in the lobby at 5pm the parents had a room for the night and the lady at the front desk who was working shut off all the lights and stated that everyone was being too noisy. There was one other separate group as well and no one was being disruptive or too rowdy. We were not informed that any other guest had complained before this. Typical children being children and the very rude lady at the front desk stated that we had been there for 2 hours however we had been there for maybe a little over an hour and didn’t realize there was a time limit being as they had a room for the night. She continued being rude without reasoning. Makes me think twice about staying at this location again. Maybe have a talk with this lady about being a Karen.

- SFSavanna FSep 30, 20251.0I booked the hotel room through Priceline. Before I called ahead of time and asked what the age was to get a hotel room. A lady at the front desk said 18 years old. (I was on a trip with my boyfriend) we thought that’s perfect since we’re both 19. I was terribly wrong. The hotel room was booked and ready for us and when we got there 15 minutes later the lady at the front desk said my name wasn’t in the system? AND you had to be 21? I asked for a refund and have not received one. My mom called the hotel later and they said we were a no show. Terrible experience. All we wanted to do was get a good night sleep. Spent $100+ for absolutely nothing and can’t even get a refund, how pathetic.
