I had a great stay at this hotel. The whole place is clean, quiet, and modern. The rooms are surprisingly spacious with huge windows, great blackout shades, and a very nice standing shower. Netflix is easy to access with just the click of a button. The lighting and layout made the room feel cozy and comfortable, oh and the mattress was incredible! The location is close to stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and a theater, and it is easy to get in and out of with minimal traffic. The property feels safe and well kept. It is a convenient spot for getting anywhere in Sioux Falls and only about twenty minutes from the Minnesota welcome center. I also appreciated the pet friendly policy, which was simple and stress free while traveling with my two dogs. Overall a great experience and I will definitely stay here again.

I forgot my clothes in the closet and the staff was very helpful at getting them back to me. I travel a lot for work and this hotel is great. The beds are the most comfortable! Friendly, helpful staff.

We've stayed at this hotel for several events held there. Service is superb, the rooms are modern and tidy, and very accommodating if extra supplies or toiletries are needed. Hotel staff are polite and respectful of any needs and go above and beyond. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would be visiting our area. Ty for wonderful experiences EVERY time we've stayed.

Traveling with two dogs is always kind of a dice roll: will I find a place that can accommodate, thats in my price range, that's half decent. This BW was very clean with helpful staff and no problems with the dogs. The room smelled STRONGLY of cleaning products almost to where we were considering leaving. But we stayed and the shower was lovely, hot, plenty of space with the only downside being the seal on the door let ALOT of water out onto the floor so we had to use a towel just for that purpose.

    1. I think it’s absolutely insane that you had 1 person working the front desk checking people in at 8pm knowing how many bookings you have this evening. There were at least 15 of us in line waiting. The lady checking us in was very warm and professional and was working as fast as she could but the job still required 2 people. 2. Not feng shui friendly. I don’t sleep with any doors open at home or in hotels. But doors must be closed if facing the bed. The way the room is configured, either the closet or bathroom has to remain open, because the sliding door serves a dual purpose in closing one or the other but not both. 3. There was no body wash in the shower. I had to order some on DoorDash and have it delivered as I am traveling on business and do not have access to a car. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have body wash. Even if they are switching out brands/vendors there should still be some replacement. A tiny bar of handsoap in the shower is not sufficient. I picked this place because it’s close to work but I’ll be staying somewhere else next time. UPDATE: My travel agent contacted the hotel after I checked out (because no one was at the counter when I left the room key) and asked them to email me the invoice/receipt. It’s been 5 days. Still no receipt. I cannot complete my business expense report without it.
