- JMJasmyn MattkeNov 9, 20252.0Very disappointed in our stay. We arrived at the hotel and during check in I provided my information for my stay. The lady helping me was searching all over as if she couldn’t find it and after offering some help she said she had it and gave me my room keys. Didn’t check my ID or ask for my card (granted I booked online) and when we got to the room the keys didn’t work. When I went back to the front desk she acted like she didn’t just help me 5 minutes earlier. The next morning someone knocked on our door at 7:30 in the morning and then proceeded to open it. Thankfully the doorstop prevented them from actually entering the room, they shouted a quick “sorry!” and shut the door. We then receive a phone call on the room phone from the front desk around 10:30 stating we needed to come downstairs to talk to them because my card declined. We go downstairs and I show them that my card was in fact already charged and they asked me how long I’ve been at the hotel and when I’m supposed to be checking out. After some time of once again looking for my reservation they told me that I was not in the room I was supposed to be in and that the manager on staff was the person who attempted to enter our room even though she shouted “housekeeping” upon trying to enter. They did not offer any sort of discount or refund just issued an “oops our bad” and sent us on our way. We go back to our room to find that our keys once again do not work and we need to go back downstairs. At the end of our stay we found a few little orange ladybugs crawling around our bathroom and left them for housekeeping to find. I have never booked here before and I do not plan to book here again any time soon.
