  I would definitely give this hotel 100 stars 🌟 if it allowed. My husband works out of town and stays there for 12 days in a row, leaves to come home for two days, add returns back for another 12, been doing this for approximately 2 months. My husband ame I were going back up there to spend our one year anniversary, John (sales manager) went out on his own and had bought 2 dozens roses... scattered them everywhere for us. Christina (general manager), gave us a fantastic upgrade in our room for a very very low price. Lenore (head house keeper) was on her A game always checking in to make sure we had clean linens and toiletries. While Rusty (desk manager) held down the front desk with a very friendly and getting smile. We brought our dog, and for him with the attention from the staff... he never lacked treats during his stay. One of the best parts was a nice card that the staff had placed on the counter for our first anniversary. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to be treated above and beyond. I am very grateful and happy that my husband is being taken care of this staff while he is still there. HANDS DOWN, THE BEST HOTEL THERE IS!!!!

  I've been staying here working for a couple of months now for work the hotel staff here is amazing I went home over the weekend and brought my wife back on Monday for a vacay for her also it wad our first anniversary. I asked the hotel staff to put some roses in the room so my for our anniversary and let me tell you they did amazing rose petals everywhere it was so sweet and thoughtful I recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention they upgraded my room to a suite. I'm beyond satisfied and pleased 😄. Jon thank you your awesome..

  The rooms were clean. Good area. Just a little road noise in the rooms. Lots of cupboard space for your groceries. There's not much chance to interact with staff and there is no housekeeping. You switch out your own linens and take out your own trash. Fitness center is decent and plenty of washers and dryers for laundry.

  When flight was delayed causing misconnect in Chicago and overnight layover, front desk did not give a hard time to let me cancel. Will keep in mind next time visiting Sioux Falls.

  My stay here has been amazing, and I truly recommend this place to everyone. A special shoutout to Jon at the front desk for his outstanding customer service, any time I needed something, the staff took care of it right away and always made me feel welcome. The comfort level is incredible. The pillows and bed are extremely comfortable, and the room itself feels brand new with a fully equipped, modern kitchen. They provide so many amenities, including pots and pans, free laundry, free parking, 24/7 laundry access, and a 24/7 gym. Everything is exceptionally clean, and the entire property feels thoughtfully maintained. The location is perfect and absolutely safe. I can walk outside without worrying, there are no bystanders lingering, and everything I need is close by, which made my stay even better. If I’m visiting Sioux Falls again, this will be the only place I stay, over and over. Thank you to Jon and his staff, they’ve definitely earned my business.
