- HDHelena DMar 31, 20265.0I was more than pleased with my stay!! The rooms have been recently remodeled and not a detail was overlooked. The comfy beds and CLEAN rooms were just what I needed to relax. I will DEFINITELY stay again!! I highly recommend GrandStay in Rapid City!!
- DADave AikenMar 21, 20265.0The rooms were possibly the cleanest hotel rooms that we have encountered. They seemed to be not just clean, but detailed. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast area was clean, roomy, and inviting. The lobby was very nice and the staff that we dealt with were excellent. For the price, this is a great place to stay.

Opportunities: It would help to clean the room thoroughly: there was dirt on the bathroom counter backsplash, and on the vent cover in the bedroom. The floors needed vacuuming. Agoda gave us to understand we were getting two twin beds, but got one. The hotel did not adjust. The kitchen dishes were in the dishwasher instead of in the cabinets. The breakfast is the same as hotels half the price. The pool and hot tub were closed during our stay.
- KWKala WillsFeb 24, 20265.0We enjoyed our weekend with the GrandStay while visiting family. Due to my diet restrictions we always book a kitchenette when we travel which can be pricey. The Grandstay provided not only good pricing and a kitchenette but also a clean refreshing room that is spacious. A comfortable bed, a shower with good water pressure and hot water, and breakfast, a pool, a hot tub and workout area. We will definitely use the Grandstay when we return.
