- LHLindsay HuffmanNov 11, 20251.0Disappointed and Disturbed by Staff Behavior Our family has stayed at Staybridge Suites many times and always enjoyed it — until this visit. The next morning, one of our family members went to get breakfast and was profiled and treated unfairly by the breakfast attendants, as if she didn’t belong there. Another family staying at the hotel actually noticed what was happening and brought it to the staff’s attention. Instead of correcting the situation, the attendants questioned her and made her feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We were deeply embarrassed and disappointed by how she was treated. No guest should ever be made to feel unwelcome or judged, especially in a place they’ve stayed with loyalty and trust. This was a very concerning and upsetting experience that truly needs to be addressed by management.

The rep sd she cannot help us until 3 as our room was not ready; however, two other patrons checked in before us. She was not friendly about it. Also, we were charged $20 a night for incidentals that will, supposedly, be credited to our card after checkout...we will see! Secondly, last night was horrible! No sleep due to person in above room walking around, dropping things, opening drawers, running water, flushing, etc. The good- room is clean and spacious, breakfast good. Waiting on night reception tonite to see how it is.
- DLD LoOct 6, 20255.0Just did a round trip road adventure from Chicago to the PNW and stayed here. Was the best place under $180 the entire trip hands down. The breakfast was great and the ladies working the dining kept things fresh but not dried out, clean and well stocked all the time. They went out of their way to greet you and helped the kids. Front desk was quick and professional. Room was clean and spacious - wifi was actually fast. Sounds routine but about 1/2 the places at this price point fail at all of this. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
