- JFJonathan Field3 days ago3.0Stayed here twice in March 2026. Found the rooms to be very comfortable, but there are no blackout curtains you can draw closed, only the sheer privacy curtains. The blackout curtains seem to be just for show, the tracks they are mounted on do not extend to the middle of the window. This is a major issue for rooms facing the parking lot. When we went to the front desk, the employee was not particularly happy to help, but did reassign our room to one that was not facing the parking lot. First and only time I've seen hotels with blackout curtains that were not functional. I can't understand why they would choose that.

For the hotel being empty, they put me right next to another occupied room where I could hear their conversations clearly. I was then moved to a different room with a stained comforter. The carpet in both rooms was bunched up and could lead to people tripping. Finally, no goodies for my status which was a bummer.

Hideabed mattress was awful and sunk in. . some part of the bed hanging out the side. No view . Just had bad juju all around it . Lady at desk not friendly. Staff just gives people the stink eye. . what a huge disappointment.
