- PMParD M2 days ago3.0Nice hotel, but “Exemplary” it is not: Pluses: Overall clean look. Polite and helpful staff - Vicki. Opportunities: It would help to clean the room thoroughly: there was dirt on the bathroom counter backsplash, and on the vent cover in the bedroom. The floors needed vacuuming. Agoda gave us to understand we were getting two twin beds, but got one. The hotel did not adjust. The kitchen dishes were in the dishwasher instead of in the cabinets. The breakfast is the same as hotels half the price. The pool and hot tub were closed during our stay.
- KWKala WillsFeb 24, 20265.0We enjoyed our weekend with the GrandStay while visiting family. Due to my diet restrictions we always book a kitchenette when we travel which can be pricey. The Grandstay provided not only good pricing and a kitchenette but also a clean refreshing room that is spacious. A comfortable bed, a shower with good water pressure and hot water, and breakfast, a pool, a hot tub and workout area. We will definitely use the Grandstay when we return.
