    If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has terrible customer service. My family booked several rooms as sort of a family reunion around Christmas. I called ahead, had everything booked and paid for, and then had to wait over 2 hours AFTER check in. The entire hallway of King Suites had not been cleaned. The nice guy at the front desk walked my family to every room in that hallway trying to find even one that had been cleaned (we booked 3). After realizing they were all dirty (hair in the sink, food on the table and floor, etc.) someone was called to clean them. It took over 2 hours and that was with my step-dad vacuuming our rooms to get us in faster. We had a 2 year old and 8 month old with us. Now, I understand mistakes happen. The guy at the front desk was very nice and tried to help. However, when I inquired about a discount or getting the rooms refunded, absolutely nothing was done. The manager, Jessica Libby, dodged my emails and kept saying she had us down for queen rooms and didn't understand the situation. I explained that it was on file because I spoke with someone before we left and the gentleman who tried to find a clean room for us knew all about it. Also, just look at the reservation!!! After emailing back and forth several times, Jessica just stopped responding to me and would do nothing to make it right. It's just terrible customer service and I wouldn't want that to happen to anyone else, especially if you have babies on schedules. I'm truly disappointed with the management and would not recommend this place to anyone.

    The two guys working front desk were terribly rude! Awful customer service appears to only be scrolling their phones! Not professional at all! The watermark slides were not working and they do not allow you to workout until 6 am. Not overly impressed considering I paid for these rooms the slides should be working and I should have open access to the workout area or it should be posted about their limited times.

    I stayed there in a suite for a wedding. There was bags over the smoke detectors, we had water pouring from the room above through light fixtures. I sent flowers and strawberries to the bride and groom and it went to the wrong room. They wanted me to move rooms but we were getting ready for the wedding with make and hair providers. They told me they would not charge me. Then one MONTH LATER they put a charge on my card! I wasn’t even in the motel! I call and they say you have to just call back Monday! I notified my bank I was disputing this. DONT EVER GO HERE!

    One of the night staff was very rude. I asked him for another blanket and he stated that we couldn’t have anymore and to use what was in our room and a staff was talking to me saying that the slide was not open because corporate didn't want it on. Mind you this is one reason why we stayed. We stayed four nights and we should have left the first night after he was so rude.

    My mother had gotten 2 suites for the family to stay and use the pool for an end of the year/late Christmas celebration. We came to open presents, swim and use the slides. The water park and staff are a complete joke now. The slides at the water park weren't on, which was very disappointing. As we were wrapping up swimming there was no pool towels to be found in either side of the pool. We called to the front desk and they said they don't have any to bring down. So I went up to the front desk to ask for some, soaking wet mind you. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to show up as they had a sign saying they were away from the desk. They said they don't have any pool towels or regular towels to give. I asked why they had their pool open if they didn't have any towels? I asked if they have towels in either of their laundry rooms that he could grab for us. He said there's probably some in there but it's not open to the public. So he had time to put a sign up to be away from the desk for more than 5 minutes but couldn't take 5 minutes to grab towels from the laundry room? His excuse was that they weren't expecting anyone to use the pool so they didn't prepare any towels. Awesome... We then went back to pool to use the hot tub to relax before calling it a night. The hot tub was green and had scum stains around the rim of the tub. We tried the jets but the tub started to foam. Disgusting. Would not recommend anyone to bring their families here if they want to swim.
