Security is a joke, not equipt to handle the job. Never going back and I'm making sure no one I know is either. Get your hotel together your overpriced and your staff needs training . Finally making it to the front desk, they couldn't find my new membership and then made no offer to sign me up for one or give me a discount one way or the other. The internet was totally down, which they did not disclose at the front desk. The room phone was flashing red with, theoretically, a message, but would not stop flashing no matter how I played with it, nor could the front desk offer any help. And maybe worst of all they don't offer any kind of breakfast. There is a restaurant on site but it doesn't open for breakfast, I was informed, until 7:00 a.m.

- JLJessica LeedomOct 20, 20253.0Rooms were nice. Staff was nice HOWEVER there was an incident when I took my niece and nephew swimming in the kids pool. There was a strange man in there. Didnt think anything of it until I seen a lady grab her kids and leave. She told me the guy had been talking to her about murder. I grabbed the kids and went to the adult pool and the guy followed us. I must have switched pools 4 times because as soon as we put our stuff down to get in pool the man would follow us. After that I took kids back to room and called front desk and explained. We went down after 20 mins to see if the guy was gone. The guy working said the man was not all there. You could tell the man wasent all there due to drug use. We tried going to the adult pool once again and he followed us AGAIN. After that we gave up and left. The man was never asked to leave or anything. My niece and nephew were bummed they couldn't swim and freaked out by the guy and wanted to leave.
