  My husband does not have a Google review account, so I will leave the review for him. Best Western has always been very accommodating for him, even when they have had big tournaments. And other guests, they have still been accommodating, they are able to handle all that is going on.And I so appreciate the individual customer service that I get the sleep that I get.I thank you so much for the clemliness.The quietness, it's absolutely wonderful.I so enjoy coming to best.Western and resting before I go and start my day again.Thank you so much for being a nice part of my day😀

  We had BED BUGS and ants! Chat GTP confirmed from several photos. We found them under the bed sheets and on a pillow. We left at at 1am to go back to Sioux Falls. The pool was super chlorinated and caused rashes on my kid. The place is not very well kept but would have been fine if we wouldnt have found bed bugs.

  Zero stars. If you don’t want to get any sleep due to kids running down hallways and yelling and banging doors all night and top your stay with having a nice COLD shower in the morning. This is the place for you! Multiple complaints about noise and nothing was done! Do not recommend!

  Lady who checked us in i would give a 5 star The gentleman who answered the phone at 1030pm when I called and complained about the noise level. From the time we got in our room around 9 the noise level was high. For over an hour young kids roaming the halls, talking very loudly and screaming. Yep, I get the fault falls on the guests that allowed thier kids to roam the halls. But I shouldn't have had to be the one to get out of bed and remind the kids and the parents that other guests was trying to sleep. Walls are paper thin!!!!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has terrible customer service. My family booked several rooms as sort of a family reunion around Christmas. I called ahead, had everything booked and paid for, and then had to wait over 2 hours AFTER check in. The entire hallway of King Suites had not been cleaned. The nice guy at the front desk walked my family to every room in that hallway trying to find even one that had been cleaned (we booked 3). After realizing they were all dirty (hair in the sink, food on the table and floor, etc.) someone was called to clean them. It took over 2 hours and that was with my step-dad vacuuming our rooms to get us in faster. We had a 2 year old and 8 month old with us. Now, I understand mistakes happen. The guy at the front desk was very nice and tried to help. However, when I inquired about a discount or getting the rooms refunded, absolutely nothing was done. The manager, Jessica Libby, dodged my emails and kept saying she had us down for queen rooms and didn't understand the situation. I explained that it was on file because I spoke with someone before we left and the gentleman who tried to find a clean room for us knew all about it. Also, just look at the reservation!!! After emailing back and forth several times, Jessica just stopped responding to me and would do nothing to make it right. It's just terrible customer service and I wouldn't want that to happen to anyone else, especially if you have babies on schedules. I'm truly disappointed with the management and would not recommend this place to anyone.
