  Very friendly people, nice clean hotel in a very good location, they do shut down breakfast at 9:30 on the dot, I lost track of time and missed it, but that was on me. Everything else was great, would definitely stay here again! Very convenient to Needles Highway and Crazy Horse Mountain

  The young lady that was at the front desk with glasses is very rude. To the point i went to another hotel in Deadwood. All of that was a pain in it self but to add to that i NEVER stayed here and was still charged. No big deal mistakes happen. Except i have been on the phone since 8 this morning trying to get ahold of them to rectify this only to find they dont answer the phone. How odd that has to be standing there next to a phone that keeps ringing over and over and over again. I can only imagine what is going on over there either way its not my issue i just need to get a refund from the money YOU STOLE from me

  We stayed at this property for multiple nights during December 2025 due to a wind storm knocking out the power to our home. The staff was very accommodating and sympathetic and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Will definitely be recommending this hotel to family and friends who will be visiting the Black Hills.

  The hotel itself was pretty nice for what it is. Nice pool with functioning hot tub (seems like half the time they don't work). Great spot for visiting the area. However, some of the workers are super rude. The guy at the front desk with a baseball cap and sunglasses on every day is a jerk. Not sure why you'd have him interact with customers. The food court worker constantly had items missing. I had to point out several times on different days certain foods were out and she was rude as well. Few times the cinnamon rolls weren't heated at all. Garbage in the lobby was constantly overflowing (took a pic to show what it looked like just about every morning). She needed another worker to come help a few times. Our room wasn't vacuumed very well, as there was pieces of trash on the side of the bed. Hotel was fine. Service needs some serious help.

  The manager and one other employee are the only ones who can manage to use the computers or do anything besides tell you "you'll have to talk to the manager" when it comes to basic hotel processes like checking in or getting a receipt. Edit: The manager is really good, as is the other employee. Came down here for work and ended up having to share a room with someone else due to a boggled extension on my room. Only talk to them around day working hours, early morning and late night employees have next to no ability to assist in almost any capacity.
