This last time, the pool area was filthy with no towels and the pool/hot tub was dirty, the so that was disappointing. Once we said something, they got working on it. Overall, one poor experience doesn’t outweigh the few good times we have had. Hopefully they can get a better system of cleaning the pool area every night.

We had a medical appointment for my son that day and I wasn't going to try to drive another 4 1/2 hours back home with 2 little kids. My daughter loved the pool room and our rooms were comfortable and clean. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.
