- JGJason GibbsApr 5, 20263.0The staff are really nice, I have to post that first because my interactions with 75% of the staff were very positive Our room (328), had a hole in the drywall where the door cylinder hits. No biggie! The dresser the TV is on had 1-2 drawers that are falling off of their tracks. Not a huge deal in itself. Exhaust fan doesn't work above jetted tub. That creates a TON of humidity if you use the jet tub. The heat/AC unit was not clean(dust filled) and barely functioned. My wife sat on the couch and received a sewing needle in her bum as a reward. Oh, and the shower curtain was mounted too high, making it flop out of the tub mid shower, creating a very wet bathroom. Not representative of Holiday Inn whatsoever.

Not too mention, 2 times we have been harassed by the bearded guy at the front desk because apparently our tv was being too loud and another person was complaining. Our tv was on 18….. barely could hear it in the room let alone the freaking hallway. Came here for my daughter’s birthday and WILL NOT be back. Paid $300 for a room for one night and all we get is harassed……………PATHETIC
