The customer service experience I received when I tried to call and change my reservation was terrible. The roads aren’t the best, and I wasn’t going to be able to make my reservation, so I tried to switch it to a different day. I was told that “I can’t help you. I could help you if a manager was here, but it’s a Saturday, so.” The gentleman I spoke with only told me what he couldn’t do. He made no effort to attempt to let me know what he could do. Terrible customer service.

Big trucks with trailers and even a semi were parked sideways in regular parking spots, about 6 trucks and rigs. They took up about 25-30 parking spaces when they should be parking in the lot behind the hotel. The parking lot was full with other guests. If the guests were elderly or a family with kids, this would be very inconvenient. Very disrespectful of the truck drivers to abuse the parking area.
