  This hotel was gross the garbage in our room and fridge were disgusting and full the chair was ripped up and did not even look wiped down not to mention the door handle did not work properly

  Best Western Ramkota Hotel offers a comfortable stay with spacious rooms, indoor water park, and convenient location near local attractions. Staff is generally friendly, and amenities are good for families. Some areas feel dated, but overall it’s a solid option for short and relaxing stays

  No water fountains work, hot tub don't work, no heat in the pool, rust in the tub, and to top everything else off they had item from past tenants in the hotel meaning it wasn't cleaned properly im scared for the rest of my stay... AND the hall smelt of weed.

  My stay at the Ramkota Hotel was extremely disappointing. Over 12 days, my room was never cleaned despite three separate requests—completely unacceptable for any hotel. The staff hesitated to let me borrow vacuum so I could do it myself. Refrigerator had previous scum in it. Front desk lady was dumbfounded when I asked for room to be cleaned or put on list, she stated “that’s not her department”. No wonder you make $8/hour ma’am. On top of that, kids were running through the halls all night with no control, and parking was consistently unavailable. Poor management and lack of basic guest care—I wouldn’t stay here again.

  We were here for a convention. The food and convention service was outstanding. The rooms, although fairly recently updated were a little tired. The location was away from freeways, but this is the location that was picked. Blizzard weekend- we successfully threaded the needle to miss most of the storm- nothing the hotel could do about it.
