- DSDennis SakDec 30, 20253.0Don't know how they are rated 5 star. We were so disappointed. Rooms were recently remodeled and were nice however bathrooms were terrible. Very outdated and dingy. Needed much improvement. The rooms were so far away from the breakfast area with no type of cover. Breakfast area very small for a huge hotel. It was shoulder to shoulder in there waiting in line for food. Not enough tables. Very disappointing. Had to call hotel to get a receipt as no body manning the desk in the morning. Best Western is where we usually stay because we travel with a pet and have had very good experiences at most everyone. This was a disappointment.

Super clean. No carpet which is a huge plus for me. They are pet friendly and give you a pet treat bag upon check in, which is a nice touch. Will definitely be back when traveling south again!

At check-in we asked about the pool and got confirmed that the pool is open until 10.30 pm. Kids all excited in their bathing suits in front of.. a closed door to the pool area.. turns out the pool is closed. Feedback from front desk: yes it is open until 10.30pm, just not today... After they took our money! Room is okay, location right next to I95.

The man who answered said we wouldn''t need a reservation, just walk in. When we arrived that evening the clerk asked for $99 plus tax. When I asked about the $89 deal, she said those rooms were gone. Sounds like a 'bait & switch' to me. Not a pleasant check-in experience!
