Basic room. Solved its purpose of a place to sleep for the night.
The toilet ran all night. In the morning took a shower and the faucet from the shower was pulling away from the wall. When I pulled up lever to engage water for shower there was a loud screeching sound that would not go away no matter how much I jiggled it.
Tried to use Internet when I got to room. It wanted code. Called front desk and put on hold for 5 minutes before I gave up and hung up.
Also thought room was more expensive than what I should have paid. My thoughts.

Very decent room for a pet friendly overnight stay hotel. Room has some modern upgrades. Beds and floors were clean (I always check for bugs and such before I stay...some corners of the floor boards could use some TLC cleaning, but that's not enough for a complaint. We were not able to get the Wi-Fi to connect but that's a minor issue and more of a problem for the kids lol. Nice variety for breakfast as well. Waffle maker, eggs, sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy, bagels, toast, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, & coffee. Breakfast area was cleaned often and attendant kept the food and items stocked as it was a busy rush of people while we were eating. Cute courtyard to walk your pet. Nice indoor pool also (we didn't use it, just looked inside). Highly recommend for a I-95 travel stop. Definitely should RSVP a few days prior... I did since I knew it would be late when I got there. I noticed while I was waiting to check in that several travelers were coming in seeking rooms for an overnight stop and they did not have any. Plan accordingly if you have pets....this is a great spot!
Sunday night was wonderfull hadn't been here in a while know the place over the years on my return south probably Friday hope to stay here again wow from manager on friendly pool energizing and gave me pleasure beyond ! The Breakfast is to die for want to do it again on Friday thanks Bob....

We stopped at this hotel on our way from Maine down to Tampa, and from the moment we arrived we were impressed. Harry at the front desk was welcoming, warm, and provided excellent customer service—exactly what you hope for after a long day on the road.
We travel with our dogs, so the fact that the hotel has designated pet-friendly rooms was a huge relief. The pet fee was very affordable, and there was plenty of space around the property to walk our dogs safely. The hotel has clearly been updated recently, and our room reflected that—clean, comfortable, and surprisingly well put together for a budget-friendly stay.
If you look closely you may notice a few minor cosmetic imperfections, but this is a budget hotel, so keep expectations realistic. What really matters—cleanliness, safety, convenience, and great customer service—was absolutely there.
Right off the highway, easy in and out, pet friendly, updated rooms, and a friendly staff… we’ll definitely be staying here again.

Pros: Rooms were clean. Very nice handicap accessible bathrooms. Night shift desk attendant called my room each night to see if everything was okay with my room. He also gave me 2 bottles of water and some cookies to thank me for being a rewards member.
Cons: When I tried to check out at the front desk, no one was there. I waited a few minutes and no one showed up. I then called the front desk from my cell phone. I could hear the phone ringing and it was announcing my phone number on the caller I.d. No one answered. I remained on the phone for several minutes. When no one answered, I returned to my room and tried calling the front desk from my room phone. Again, no one answered. By this time, 20 minutes had passed by and I needed to get on the road. I went back to the front desk and I was going to leave my key cards and a note behind the counter explaining that I needed a receipt for my travel expenses. This time, there was a young woman at the desk. She said, "You wanna check out?" I said I did and I requested a receipt. She said, "I'm ready now." She was wearing her coat and a hat and appeared as if she had just walked in the door. I'm glad that there were no clogged toilet issues, etc. with my room. It was an unreasonable amount of time that I waited for someone to appear at the front desk. I've stayed at many Best Western hotels and this has never been an issue.
