Trying to tell people they cannot go up to rooms to Bring them their food like y’all are some kind of secret government building. It was actually ridiculous. I have been to plenty of hotels and never have I been told that I cannot go up to a room. Y’all should probably try to find another front desk receptionist because she Is not gonna get y’all very far with her attitude. Very disappointed. People are paying y’all to stay there and you have the nerve to tell them they can’t have someone come to their room?

The bedding was clean and very neat. This will definitely be my go to hotel from now on. Staff very friendly and accommodating. I have 2 service dogs and they even felt relaxed and not stressed for being out of there environment. This is what a hotel looks like with great staff and knowledge of what needs to be done. Modern clean furniture. Even the carpet in the hallways are clean without stains and smell. 🥰

The front desk ladies were friendly, funny, helpful and so caring. I was actually back to pick up a pet and fly it home and everyone here really lowered my stress level and made me feel so comfortable. Thanks for being so amazing during a stressful time for me.
