The front desk staff here is some of the most welcoming, hospitable and kind people I’ve encountered in all my travel experience. Specifically Melvin, I am grateful for how he was patient, tentative and so friendly. I travel with my special needs son and inclusion is very hard to come by when it comes to accommodating his disability. Melvin was thoughtful and him remembering my name made my entire experience feel genuine and not just business. Thank you for making our short stay pleasant!
