    We are from Ga, visiting for a family reunion. Our stay was outstanding! Room was very comfortable, breakfast was best I’ve ever had at a hotel and young lady that cook was extremely nice. Night shift mngt, Natori Darby was very kind and helpful. Day shift employee was also kind & helpful. My husband and I will continue to stay here when visiting family! I highly recommend them for a raise. You don’t find employees of this caliber. Annette Stover

    My husband and I are Hilton Diamond members, so we stay at a lot of Hilton properties and I have to say this is one of the worst. It started in the parking lot - the Diamond parking spaces were in front of a huge puddle of deep water that you really could avoid walking through (and strangely the rest of the lot was dry).Check in was just "meh". We weren't acknowledged as Daimon members and they were out of the complimentary snacks except for something that sounded awful. The room felt clean except that the toilet was running when we got into the room and I had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop and the heat only blew out cold air until I turned the thermostat up to 76! Oh and the remoste to the TV didn't work. Granted this isn't a high-end Hilton, but I really expect better from this brand.

    I got bed bug bites thinking it’s pet friendly it’s probably fleas… nope on the way home I started to swell I’m allergic to bed bugs I get a bad swollen reaction and it gets red and is hot to the touch they are in a trail down my thumb classic bed bug pattern! The manager on the phone a few minutes ago said I can’t help you you should’ve told someone at the front desk but first off I didn’t know what they were till a few hours later when the swelling and reaction really kicked in a take antihistamines due to mastocytosis so it kept the swelling away until I didn’t take my meds
