    We were able to get a great price on a King size bed thru Trevago. The room was slightly small, but nestled in a good location with free parking. The exercise room was spacious with good equipment. They provided complimentary full breakfast as well as 24/7 coffee.

    Hotel Breakfast Experience I arrived for the advertised breakfast service at 9:43 AM, inside the stated hours that end at 10:00 AM. Despite arriving while breakfast was still being served, reception staff refused to provide food. What happened - Time: Arrived at 9:43 AM, breakfast ends at 10:00 AM. - Staff interaction: A receptionist named Sara led the conversation and refused service; another staff member, Carol, stood beside her and agreed. - Attitude: Staff displayed a confrontational and unhelpful tone and showed little understanding of basic customer service. Impact - The refusal to serve guests who arrive before the published end time felt unfair and contradictory to the hotel's stated service hours. - The staff’s attitude made the encounter more unpleasant than a simple policy explanation would have. Recommendation - Management should reinforce front-desk training on customer service and clarify breakfast cut-off procedures so guests arriving before the end time are treated fairly. - Until service and staff attitude improve, I cannot recommend relying on this location for a consistent breakfast experience.

    This particular Hampton Inn is listed as Historic - read that to mean basic rooms that get the job done, and maybe on the smaller side. Our room served its purpose but was tight and compact. That may be useful knowledge if you intend to spend any significant time other than sleeping in the room.
