    I love the fact that they have good size smart TVs for streaming, The beds are comfortable, the showers have good pressure with hot water and the AC gets cold. They have good breakfast. I just wish the hard-boiled eggs didn’t have the shell on them. That’s a huge inconvenience.

    My flight was late and I arrived about midnight. William at the front desk was excellent. He told me he was new and when he had difficulty with my corporate account he called his boss, MS Darby. She patiently led through the steps. So professional! That he felt comfortable about calling his boss and her response after midnight speaks highly of both. And the hotel was clean, the room large and comfortable and breakfast was simple, ample and good

    Clean room. Comfortable bed. Free breakfast. I opened the refrigerator and there was food in it. Maybe from the previous guest. My only complaint. I hear that room service is every other day. It's OK. I just dumped the trash myself. I left the dirty towels in a neat little pile. No biggie. Staff was accommodating. Pretty good for the price. As far as me being a Hilton member, this location sucks compared to many Hampton Inns I have been to. But it's South Carolina. Not Myrtle Beach or Hilton Head or Charleston. This how they do in Columbia. If you know you know. 4/5

    We are from Ga, visiting for a family reunion. Our stay was outstanding! Room was very comfortable, breakfast was best I’ve ever had at a hotel and young lady that cook was extremely nice. Night shift mngt, Natori Darby was very kind and helpful. Day shift employee was also kind & helpful. My husband and I will continue to stay here when visiting family! I highly recommend them for a raise. You don’t find employees of this caliber. Annette Stover
