The manager says I was smoking in the room and that never happened, she didn’t even listen to me, validate me, or make me feel seen or heard, she just kept being rude and unprofessional as I kept telling her I never smoked in her hotel. I thought this hotel was nice by the looks of things. I had one extra charge for $100 and another attempted charge of $150 declined by my bank for fraudulent activity which I’ve reported to my bank. If you are trying to charge me for a smoking charge that never happened then what was the other $150 charge that the manager never even mentioned to me? A family member of mine stayed here and was accused of smoking and she’s not even a smoker as well, she was able to get her money back from the manager so anyone who’s reading this can do the math. You don’t just accuse people of something they didn’t do and then tell them they’re not getting their money back. No matter what that was completely unprofessional. I’m not stupid enough to smoke in a hotel just to be charged like that but obviously the manager treated me like I was. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I don’t appreciate the service I received here or fraudulent activity.

The hotel was clean, smelled fresh and the beds were literally the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The only issue we had was the AC unit did not work. We didn't discover this until we were unpacked and in bed. The front desk attendant was very helpful and offered to move us to another room; however, my family was asleep, so we decided to stick it out. The next morning, we had a lovely breakfast prepared by the sweetest lady named Stacey and her mother Mary. They prepared the breakfast bar with individually wrapped items and the entire bar was spotless and clean. These two ladies clearly cared about the guests. Next, we went to check out and Monica, at the front desk greeted us and thanked us for staying. As we were checking out, we mentioned to her that they might want to have maintenance look at the AC in our room as it was not working. She immediately apologized and added points to our rewards account to accommodate us for the inconvenience. We certainly didn't expect this and weren't complaining, but she definitely went above and beyond amyway. Although the AC was out, we would chose this hotel everytime because of its exceptional cleanliness, the kindness of the staff and their overall consideration.
