  Husband and I traveling from VA to FL. Decided to stop and stay at this hotel. It was about two in the morning when we checked in. Hotel lobby was locked so we had to engage business through the window right then in there we were a bit uncomfortable, but it is what it is. Got into the room, the smoke detector was removed and put on the top counter. The room smelled like smoke, The refrigerator had dirty splatter all over it, the floors were not swept or mopped. If it was, the housekeeper would have put the fire detector back from the previous guest. We didn’t make a mistake. We were just tired and wanted to lay down and get some rest. Turned on the sink to brush our teeth and realize that the sink is clogged. Called the front desk several times no answer. At this point, it’s 2:30 in the morning where were we going to go? Went to sleep, woke up to take a shower, and the tub was clogged!! Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. The shower curtain had mold all over it. I decided to take my concerns to the front desk. I was told by the same lady who checked us in earlier that the manager was pretty strict and good luck. We made our reservations through Expedia so I contacted them on our road trip to Florida. She called the manager and was told too bad so sad. Don’t waste your money

  Looks can be deceiving, when I first pulled up I was like, um im not sure because I dont like when the my room door is outside but when I got in, WOW Completely updated, super clean rooms, staff was super nice, they even gave us a courtesy call to make sure we liked our room! I've been to hundreds of hotels they never did that lol I highly recommend this place great prices, great staff, very convenient location as well, I will definitely return next year on our annual trip😊

  My room was clean, quite, and comfortable. It did seem as though the rooms were updated in the past year or so. The staff was professional and polite. Also, they had room for me to park my tractor trailer.

  We stopped here just after midnight after driving for awhile. We didn't have a reservation since we decided to just drive until we were tired. At first the locked lobby with the little pass thru window made us question our decision, but the night desk woman was lovely and the process was fast. We got to our room and the room was very nice. It's obviously been renovated recently. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great. In the morning we headed to the lobby for free hot breakfast and everything was good. The lobby was very nicely decorated for the holidays. Would totally stay here again!

  The windows did not have a blind on it, only a shear curtain, not ideal for privacy. Why they would rent this room out I have no idea! The light streaming in did nit allow for a restful nights sleep!The next morning for breakfast myself and several others were left standing outside in the cold waiting to get in for breakfast. The woman in charge of the desk was dealing with some sort of leg injury. I feel as though she should have had help or started preparing earlier. All of the guests there that morning were on the way home after Thanksgiving and needed to get on the road.
