- JJJenniferDec 31, 20254.0Room was decent. Tiny bathroom with only a shower and no where to put your own soap/shampoos etc except for on the floor of the shower. They do provide you with these items so you dont have to do that but i take my own. A small shelf in the shower would make a very nice addition. Sink and mirror right next to the bed which would make it slightly difficult to get ready if someone was still trying to sleep. Room was tidy. Service was fast. Breakfast was good and free with the stay. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, bagels, muffins, toast, juice.
- RRRick RichardsDec 3, 20252.0They remodeled their rooms. No closets/hangers, no dresser with drawers. Outlets are in very inconvenient places. The TV station selection is very hard to navigate and the TV remote is barely functional. No coffee maker on room anymore. Will never stay here again.
- TETracy EwellDec 2, 20251.0This is THE MOST DISGUSTING place I have ever stayed. DO NOT STAY HERE. Upon entering the lobby we saw that there was caution tape blocking off the breakfast area. There were also about 20 huge boxes taking up half of the lobby entrance. As soon as we walked down the hallway to our room we smelled cigarette smoke. This smell continued into our hotel room. We opened the door to find much of the furniture peeling including the one chair in the room. As well, there was a significant amount of mold on the sides of the mini fridge. My husband has severe allergies and started sneezing. The shower floor was quite dirty and looked like it had mold surrounding the drain. My husband who carries a backlight for work, beamed it on the walls, and saw semen in multiple places behind the peeling chair, and on the walls. We therefore left pretty quickly and asked Mira at the front desk for a refund. The only thing she said that she could do, was to give us her boss “Mitzi”’s email. We emailed Mitzi and the email bounced back. Again, I know this is in no way a reflection of Best Westerns in general. I just think this particular location is owned by people who do not uphold the normal nice and clean hotel standards, that we have become accustomed to.
