    Would NOT recommend staying here. The room we stayed in smelled mildewy. There were mysterious black stains on the mirror. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers in the shower were broken. I ended up buying my own toiletries. We asked to switch rooms, which the staff accommodated, but the other room’s shower was very unclean and we decided to stay in our original room. We couldn’t take the mildew anymore and had to leave early. The service from the staff was 50/50 but in the end they did refund us for the nights we didn’t stay.

    I only have one issue with tis place. They really need to hire people who can speak English better. This was part of my conversation. Desk clerk: Did you bring your pot with you? Me: My what? Desk clerk: You're pot. Me: My what? Desk clerk: Do you have more than one pot? It was then that I realized she was saying pet.

    Standard hotel. Quiet, but not all the way clean. We walked into our first room and my wife sported a big smile on a cockroach on the wall. We instantly moved our stuff out, and the lady at the front was very accommodating to our request for a new room. We were skeptical when the new room we got shared a wall with the cockroach’s, but this new room was clean. We checked the bed and the bathrooms and everything was satisfactory. The service was good, the people polite. My in laws’ key stopped working and the front was quick and eager to fix it for them, which was very nice. Although, if you asked them, the key shouldn’t have stopped working—and I definitely agree—but things happen. So perhaps checking on their system can make their service just that much better Overall, if you’re in a pinch, this is not a bad choice. Bed is comfy, free breakfast (which was solid—the bacon and waffles were the highlight). One thing my mom did say is that she found a bug crawling near the food display as well. I’m not sure which kind, but she swore she saw one. And I believe her.

    I've stayed here twice now while working in the area and have been satisfied overall. The rooms are reasonably sized and clean with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are a bit on the cramped side but are otherwise fine. The front desk staff have also all been helpful and accommodating to any requests or issues I've run into during my stays.

    Front desk person Mira is rude and NOT professional charged me for a dog that was mentioned. Went on about filling out paperwork and signing off on deposits when the room is so filthy disgusting antiquated look at the pictures. I told her that I would be calling headquarters first thing in the morning. I took tons of pictures that I will be providing anywhere that I can and calling headquarters tomorrow what a disgusting, smelly, rats nest of a place. Took tons of pictures to protect myself
