We ate breakfast while staying there and were served by Shanita and Annette. Extremely pleasant and helpful . So glad to have found this place and would recommend it to everyone. Sunsets from the oceanfront balcony (which we were upgraded to) were magnificent.

Lesley was so incredibly helpful throughout the wedding planning process. She was always there to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot!) She was always so friendly and someone who I trusted throughout the process. I can’t even begin to explain how amazing this venue was for our wedding. We did a room block for our guests (which was very helpful)! We had had our reception in their oasis ballroom, which was very spacious for my 70 guests. We brought to our own cake. They supplied table decor which matched my beach themed decor. The food we had was amazing. We had our rehearsal dinner in the restaurant area of the hotel (which turned out awesome!) My guests were happy and they also kept telling us how good the food was. The chef came out during our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. He was very sweet! Also, all of the staff were SO nice!! They were making sure we were taken care of the entire time we were there, not just our wedding day. Everything was reasonably priced. The hotel was clean and the rooms were newly redone and clean! If you’re looking for a beach side stay in Surfside beach, this is the place to go.

Gave them coloring material, the chef on the last day even gave my babies brownies for the road. I will be coming back when I am done with my internship. Great job staff. I had a few issues with my room but staff was quick to fix it
- MBMeme BiggsDec 15, 20255.0This Holiday Inn Resort is Fantastic!!! We were part of a Christmas Party that also offered overnight accommodations. The arrival was nothing but smooth, the man at the front desk was all ready for us, so check in took only a minute. The room was absolutely wonderful, so clean and bright. The view was breathtaking and we totally enjoyed the sunset and sunrise views from our balcony. The party was so fun, the food was great and staff were very attentive. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and Annette was quick to set us up for a relaxing meal. Amy also was so vet nice, she remembered us from the night before and came over at breakfast to say hi and ask about our stay. We are definitely making this a “go to stay” for our out-of-town family!
