- DCDianna ChavisNov 16, 20255.0Not one complaint!! Everything perfect. Best coffee from hotel in a long time. They have 2 coffee machines that grinds coffee beans then brews it right there. Hot coffee!! Lady said IHG hotels are changing over to these coffee machines. Bed very comfortable. Room very clean. Excellent shower pressure and hot water. Enlarge tv with most channels that I've had in the past at hotels. Great location. Property very clean. Employees friendly. Breakfast food didn't look that bad. My husband and I always love the cinnamon rolls. So, coffee and cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Yummy. Really, had a wonderful stay at cc that Holiday Inn & Suites.
- SESheena EdwardsSep 26, 20251.0I wouldn’t recommend this property when I walked in my room the carpet was soaked the front desk clerk Lacy told me it came from the a/c unit leaking and the hotel is full of mold she also told tried to get me to pay her under the table she will put me in a room the property wasn’t worth the stay and their sister hotel (CandleWood Suites) has the same problem with humidifiers to cover it up run fast I felt like I was being scammed also when I was leaving I seen Lacy meet a guy out front smoking marijuana.
