- VHVeronica H.Jan 3, 20261.0I would like to start by saying the staff was very pleasant and courteous. The LOCATION of this hotel is in a high crime area. I didn’t know this until we actually arrived. The way into the area truly startled me and that’s when I googled the town, and it said one of the highest in crime, murder and assault. I don’t know about reviewers not being aware of this, but I am putting this out there if you are traveling with a young family as we were. Try to find a place in another area. There were even eaten eaten chicken bones all over on the stairs going to our room.

- DCDianna ChavisNov 16, 20255.0Not one complaint!! Everything perfect. Best coffee from hotel in a long time. They have 2 coffee machines that grinds coffee beans then brews it right there. Hot coffee!! Lady said IHG hotels are changing over to these coffee machines. Bed very comfortable. Room very clean. Excellent shower pressure and hot water. Enlarge tv with most channels that I've had in the past at hotels. Great location. Property very clean. Employees friendly. Breakfast food didn't look that bad. My husband and I always love the cinnamon rolls. So, coffee and cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Yummy. Really, had a wonderful stay at cc that Holiday Inn & Suites.
