    Not one of the nicest looking Hampton's but the service way beyond kind, sweet & thoughtful. Love the staff. Also, at a great location, right by a Waffle House and TJ Maxx, etc.

    I travel frequently for work and usually stay at Hilton properties about once a month. I would say this hotel definitely would fall in one of the top five worst I’ve been in. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before and each time it just gets worse and worse. And a four day stay, my room wasn’t serviced once. The hotel appears to be undergoing some type of renovation, but nothing was declared before I arrived or even when I checked in. Daily, there were tools left all over the hotel. A caulk gun here, a measuring tape there, a hard hat just laying on the table. The little snack concession area, which Hamptons typically have was empty and nothing was available. Gym was “out of service”. Breakfast ended at 9:00AM) most Hamptons typically run till 9:30AM) Staff wasn’t the most friendly and sometimes even unpleasant. Last time I’ll stay at this property. Next time I’m here in Sumter I will definitely be staying at the Tru.

    Rooms were very clean everyone was extremely friendly Susan who took care of breakfast went out of her way to make sure everything was hot and fresh . Very helpful with a smile on her face .we will be returning

    It probably would have been much better had they not been doing renovations during my visit. In my room, paints drips on the toilet seat, dried caulking on the tissue holder, trash from previous guest was left in the cabinet. The lobby area was a mess due to renovations and the fitness area was closed. I wish I had been told this when I booked, I probably would have stayed elsewhere until renovations completed. On the bright side all employees I encountered and pleasant.
