    The hotel smells very badly, it smells as if the carpet has never been cleaned. It smells like animal urine and trash.

    Nice hotel. As others will say, there isn't a breakfast or social hour. But this is a suite style with kitchen. Microwave, coffee, couple burners, and a full sized refrigerator. Gym has working machines, a two post, and up to 50lb dumbells. Besides, there are three restaurants within walking distance. My room was clean, bed in good shape. Easy drive to Shaw.

    I was surprised breakfast was not included, I did not think to check as I am accustomed to breakfast being included at previous IHG properties including Staybridge and Holiday Inn. Coffee was in a locked room which is inconvenient when juggling belongings and a locked door. No napkins in the little area the coffee is in.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for a memorable stay.The front desk worker, Kaitlynn, was a standout. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure my check-in process was smooth and that I had all the information I needed about the hotel's amenities and services. Kaitlynn's exceptional customer service truly set the tone for my entire stay.The hotel itself was in impeccable condition. The room was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were top-notch. I also appreciated the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and safety, which is especially important in these times.The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas.In summary, my stay at Candlewood Suites was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located place to stay.
