One time me and my family walked in breakfast and got some apple juice and water came out and the man watched water come out without fixing it and when a white person came in and got apple juice and water came out he fixed it and that's weird

The next day I called to get my clothes and I guess apparently their housekeepers stole it. He said there was never any recollection of their being cloths in the drawer.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome—especially Earl Beck at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered (and I had plenty!). Earl was incredibly friendly, patient, and efficient, helping me with everything I needed without hesitation. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it was Earl’s kindness and professionalism that truly made my stay outstanding. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in helping guests. Because of his great service, I’ll definitely choose Staybridge Suites Summerville again the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

The rooms were so clean and ready, the beds so comfy (like a perfect hotel bed), the breakfast was hot and very comforting, and the lobby area was perfect for my husband to work in. The real shining star was Vanessa at the front desk. From the moment we booked the room she was extremely helpful and accommodating and SO KIND!!! I just wanted to give her a hug! She went the extra mile for us with a request and we were so appreciative for the additional little help. She and her staff really make the hotel a wonderful stay. The cleaning staff were also so nice, and I was able to get ride shares easily into Charleston. 10/10 overall for everything!
