  We were more than satisfied with our stay here. From the checkin process, with Trey, to the breakfast the next morning everything was great. The room was clean and the location is convenient to a lot.

  DONT GO HERE IF HEARING IMPAIRED!! first we got there on the first night, my father is hearing impaired so we have to speak kind of loud, but never loud enough to disturb others, around 9 or 10 at night we got a noise complaint, which I get, so we quiet down, went to sleep. Then the next day we got more complaints, which is crazy because we weren't even there, and we weren't told of these complaints. we were out all day, came back then most of us (family of five) went to sleep. My dad and older brother went to pay for another night because we wanted to stay another night to visit more family, they took out money knowing they were going to kick us out in the morning. I woke up this morning to my mom on the hotel phone, and was told they were kicking us out and our options were to leave without a refund from the night we payed for that we didn't stay yet, or pay for some random persons hotel stay because "they had to leave because of us" So my mom kept asking what type of noise were we making, like was it talking, walking or cleaning in the kitchen. But they couldn't even answer, the front desk lady, who claimed to be the assistant general manager, refused to answer, said she didn't know what type of noise Etc.. Whatever you do DON'T saty here unless you want to be extorted.

  Stayed here last night and honestly the place was so clean and such a beautiful hotel. Employees were great, very nice and attentive making sure we had everything we need. There was hot chocolate and fresh baked cookies at the front which we loved!

  Great hotel at a good price. Beautiful rooms. Great front desk staff. Love the breakfast buffet, happy hour meals, all workers are super nice and helpful! My dog loves the treats at the front desk. ♥️🐶

  This is my place to stay when I visit. The front desk is always amazing, friendly and very professional. They make it a point of getting to know and making you feel welcomed. Ms. Carla is the absolute best. We just recently visited and she immediately greeted us with smile. She remembered our preferences and did her absolute best to ensure that we had the room that we requested. She went beyond and called up to the room to check to make sure everything was okay. She also reminded us of the social hour and encouraged us to attend. Upon checkout, the very nice woman who checked us out was also very pleasant and friendly, I am sorry that I did not get her name. The location is good; choice of places to eat and shop. The rooms are laid out really nicely. The only issue that I had and it was minor; the water pressure in the bathroom sink is very poor, barely coming out. We did not realize this unitl later on that evening. But other than that the stay went well.
