- MOMatthew Oliver2 days ago1.0Do NOT stay at this hotel. Zero training. They will run your debit card multiple times. They will be 2hrs late for checkin time bc they don't have housekeepers. Everything abt this hotel sucks. Save yourself time and the headache. Stay up the road at a better hotel. Avid is the worst hotel that you can book in Summerville, SC.

- JGJose GarciaMar 19, 20261.0Please be careful about booking, if you book a reservation and a error code pops up and you try it again and works, but the first time error code was actually a booking, then trying to reach customer service to speak to a live agent is one of the worst experience you have, it didn't recognize my number so it couldn't pull up the double booking that it did for me, all that and I finally got ahold of a live agent that managed to help me and they sent me an email saying they can't refund me the extra room that their website charged me, they said "They advised stick to the policy of on-refundable pre-paid reservation". The people that works there are amazing but calling to get a refund is a horror story.
