I called the front desk, and although they said they would address the issue, the noise only got worse. Very disappointed with this experience. I will not be staying here

I read in another comment the room’s air conditioning had mold, so I check my ac when I arrived to find it indeed had mold. Anytime I was in my room, my nose was constantly running, instantaneous headaches and phlegm. All confirmations of mold, despite the fact I did not run my ac. It was only one night so I felt with it. But I would not recommended this place for anything longer than a night.

We paid for and have a receipt confirming a late checkout, yet Amber at the front desk called us aggressively at 11am, threatening to throw our belongings on the curb and even have the pound come get our dog if we weren’t out immediately. When I tried to explain that we had confirmed a late checkout, she was rude, talked over me, and completely unprofessional. She later lied to my husband about what she said and then locked us out of our room, refusing to let us back in to retrieve our things. We exclusively stay at Hilton properties when we travel, but after this experience, we will never stay at a Tru by Hilton again. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking and unacceptable.
