I just had an amazing interaction with Tasha at the front desk. She was so kind,helpful and genuinely pleasant. Mind you it’s 10pm. Employees like Tasha will keep people coming back.

I'll start by saying the staff is EXCEPTIONAL here, super friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. - from the night crew, morning desk and the breakfast team. TOP NOTCH. This hotel is a bit dated, and unfortunately as we walked in our room (4th floor), it was very damp and musty smelling - which seems as though it was attempted to be covered up by deodorizers or cleaning solutions. Overall, room was clean, as were sheets and bathroom. Could definitely use some updating.
