    A Perfect Stay Thanks to Tina and Hayden We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The room, amenities, and overall atmosphere were all top‑notch, but the service is what truly made our stay memorable. Tina and Hayden went above and beyond with their friendliness, knowledge, and genuine care. They made us feel welcomed and well taken care of the entire time. We’ll definitely be back!

    The room was filthy! Mold in the shower! The entire carpet had little unknown items everywhere. Clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time.

    Not a bad Garden Inn, good location near lots of dining, and a friendly staff. It's a bit of a walk from the desk/entrance to the tower with the rooms, but nothing too crazy. Staff was friendly, place was clean, no real complaints here!

    Our stay wasn’t for business or for pleasure. We checked in to the Hilton Garden Inn this weekend to stay warm and comfortable from the Winter Storm Fern. What we experienced was incredible. Everyone from the maintenance guy to the concierge to the hostess at the restaurant was kind and comforting. I saw all walks of life in that hotel this weekend. Elderly people, handicapped people, power workers, single women with children and the staff treated EVERYONE like family. On a typical day, the restaurant, Heirloom, is a finer dining restaurant. Very nice and the food is great. A woman and one of her children came down to the hostess stand to order room service in her pajamas. I could tell she was uncomfortable in her surroundings and the hostess looked at her and said “Don’t worry about your children and the way you are dressed. Go get your family and come sit in this dining room and enjoy yourself.” I could tell those words penetrated the woman’s spirit. She smiled and went to get her family. My point is this weekend I saw a glimpse of what humanity should look like. Everyone getting along and feeling loved and comforted. I may never see the staff at this Hilton again because I am now getting a generac for my home lol but keep doing what you are doing Hilton Garden Inn. You guys have an incredible team! Take care of yourselves and each other!
