They said they would have refunded me had I called, but like I said I wasn't thinking to call a hotel when my 5 year old was being rushed to the hospital!!! They are able to refund me but won't because I didn't make a phone call. The manager literally said "if you would have called we could have worked something out". I will not be going here EVER!
