- BLBetty Lawson1 day ago2.0Gave us a key to a room that was occupied. Called ahead to see if they could accommodate us with a 12foot trailer and was told yes but it was a struggle to get parked.

Our room was nice and clean too and so was the workout area. Breakfast was beautifully laid out and very good. Debra at the front desk was extremely pleasant to talk to. She took the time to make sure we enjoyed our stay. THANK YOU, Debra!! Everyone that we encountered at the hotel was extremely nice.We highly recommend staying at the Best Western in Spartanburg, SC.
- LFLiz FFeb 22, 20263.0I had a bus parked directly outside of my window that kept turning its engine on which was annoying and then in the morning there were people getting on and off so I couldn’t open my curtain. I wasn’t overly impressed with the room either, especially since I paid $180 (50 for a pet fee which seems unreasonable. A deposit I can see but just for my cat to sleep next to me, an extra $50??) Tue breakfast was good though; I will say that

However, the next morning when I had some questions about my room and breakfast, nothing major at all, the General manager on duty was pretty rude to me and had an immediate attitude! Other than that my stay was wonderful.
